Client Relationship Consultant

 

What we’re looking for:


An ambitious, smart, high energy, relationship salesperson to work with our existing bank and credit union clients to help them maximize our top-performing consumer checking solutions.


What it takes to be considered (the personal stuff):

- Ambitious, smart, high energy approach in a team environment
- 3+ years of proven results selling into an established client base 
- A desire to build strong, long-term client partnerships that are mutually rewarding
- Knowledge of the banking/credit union/financial services industry
- Excellent presentation, consulting and training skills. You need to be able to effectively relate to and communicate with executive decision-makers, and educate and inspire front line retail bankers
- An appreciation for the mobile app lifestyle – confident and knowledgeable in using a variety of mobile apps
- Willing to travel an average of 2-3 nights weekly
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Basic quantitative analysis skills - you have to know your way around basic spreadsheet templates.


What else is required (the technical stuff):
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of sales experience
- Experience selling services into banks and credit unions ideal
- Technologically proficient - Excel, PowerPoint, Word, WebEx, and Salesforce.com

 

Compensation:
- Annual Salary: Based on individual/experience $90-110k, Annual Performance Bonus + Commissions up to 20% for year one of annual salary
